Real Estate & Property
A listing video shouldn't take three vendors and three weeks. We shoot aerial, ground, and interior coverage in a single visit and deliver a finished cut in 7–10 days — from a single apartment to a resort-scale development.

Property work is our fastest turnaround category because it has to be: a listing loses momentum every week it sits without proper video. One crew handles the exterior aerial pass, ground gimbal work through the interior, and the twilight or dawn shot that makes a facade actually read as a place someone wants to live — no separate videographer, no scheduling three visits around three availabilities.
We've shot everything from single apartments in Sarajevo to multi-building developments along the coast, and the pricing scales the same way: from €850 for a single listing up to development-scale packages with drone maps, vertical cuts for portal listings, and a cinema master for the developer's own site. Vertical format is standard now, not an add-on — most buyers see the listing on a phone first.
Files are delivered as both a portal-ready cut and a cinema-grade master, so the same shoot works for listing-portal use and a developer's investor deck.
